Tourist studies
Besides the Food & Beverage and Nutrition area, we carry out tourism studies for public and private institutions, such as tourism competitiveness analysis, comparisons with competing destinations or sector analyzes (eg. of the leisure sector). Antonio Garzón Beckmann, Founder of NutriHotel, is the author of “Conditioning factors for Gran Canaria’s touristic competitiveness” (2011) and the CATPE Reports on the tourism competitiveness of the Canary Islands and since September 2010 regularly publishes tourism articles on the Blog AntonioGarzon.com and in the local and national press.
