Gastronomic Marketing
We optimise the offer of restaurants and bars, advising on all five areas of gastronomic marketing: product, price, communication, distribution and staff.
With regard to product definition, we help create distinctive content for food and drink menus, for example by creating concepts linked to healthy criteria. We define a pricing policy based on detailed profitability analyses and competitor studies.

In the area of communication, we design sales menus in line with the restaurant’s gastronomic concept, so that the projected information reaches the customer, without forgetting customers with allergies or intolerances or vegetarians or vegans, as well as a detailed storytelling of the dishes on the menu.

Drinks menus
We advise on the content of drinks menus for bars and restaurants in the hotel and catering industry, in accordance with the latest trends, including a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks – in all product families – in bars and a wide range of Canarian wines on the restaurant menu.
Our “Express update of the drinks offer” package consists of a visit to your establishment by our experts in drinks (among whom we have an oenologist) with the execution of the three areas of the process of updating a menu: (1) study of the current offer and customer demand; (2) redefinition and updating of the offer; (3) training of staff on the new offer.

Food & Beverage photography
Our range of services also includes food photography. Our partners include photographers specialised in gastronomy. We define in advance the type of photograph desired with its corresponding settings and desired projection of the dish, depending on the point of sale (à la carte restaurant, snack bar, hotel buffet, etc.) and objective (for social networks, website, nutritional displays, impulse sales menus, etc.), in order to maximise the visual impact.

Cost control
We analyze Food and Beverage costs and have an extensive experience in the implementation of cost control systems in hotel operations for different service-constellations (all inclusive, half board, mixed, etc.).
